Become a Member/Owner. It's Easy!

1) Fill out an Owner Application Form with a cashier. They will set up your account at the register.

2) Make an equity payment.
A full equity share investment is $120.
You may pay the full amount or $12/year until the full amount has been paid.

3) You will receive an owner packet with coupons and a card with your owner number. We will ask for that number when you shop to track your discounts and purchases.

4) Keep in touch!
• We need a current address to send equity notices and rebate checks.
• Our staff is more than willing to help if you have any questions, need help with something or have product suggestions.
• Read the Co-op newsletter, attend annual meetings and vote. You are welcome to attend board meetings or contact board members with suggestions.

Benefits:

Anyone may shop at the Co-op, but only owners receive the following benefits:

• 5% discount on the 5th of each month
• Monthly Owner Specials
• Six $5 discounts/year on purchases of $50 or more. (One every two months.)
• Six $5 Senior discounts per year on purchases of $50 or more. (One every two months for those 60 and over.)
• Special order discounts of 20% off the suggested retail price
• Receive the Blueberry Jam Newsletter four times a year.
• Discount on Co-op Classes
• Share our profit. In profitable years, you may also receive a rebate based on your purchases.
• Take part in Co-op Governance.

Owners democratically participate in the Co-op by voting in elections and holding office.

Discounts can save you more than the cost of your annual equity payment!

Working Members:

Become more involved in your Co-op by volunteering. You could unload the truck, prep produce, stock shelves, clean, and much more. . .

Working owners enjoy new experiences, new friends, staff appreciation AND receive discounts at the register. You receive your working discount the following month based on the number of hours you work:
4 hrs/month = 4% discount
6 hrs/month = 6%
8 hrs/month = 8%
10 hrs/month =10%.
Working owners receive special order discounts of 30% off suggested retail price.
